Tuesday, September 11th, from 10:00am to 9:00pm at the
Utah State Fair!
Veterans and Military Personnel get in FREE on Tuesday, September 11th!
You don’t have to go to the VA Medical Center to sign up for health care benefits; we will do it all for you right on the spot! Let us help you get signed up for the benefits you have earned. We will be located on the Utah State Fair Grounds right next to the Rodeo Arena- just look for our big Mobile Vet Center!
Step 1: Bring a copy of your DD Form 214 and talk to our enrollment specialists.
Step 2: Check in to our Mobile Vet Center for an initial wellness visit and get scheduled for your next
appointment
We will also have information on health care benefits for our newest
combat Veterans, VA claims, and women Veterans health benefits, and state Veterans Benefits.
There will also be a booth just North of the Grand Building everyday the fair is running.
