Trauma-sensitive Yoga

Simple Stretching & Mindful breathing for pain
 
Time: 2:30 PM- 3:30 PM (MST)

 Simple body movements and breathing exercises to manage stress, pain, and improve sleep. All abilites welcome. Participants must have their VA provider register/place consult to participate. Contact Yael Calhoun at 801.656.7885 for more information.
 
EnhanceFitness fitness Group
 
Location: Building 8, Gym
 
 Free fitness classes at the VA Salt Lake City Medical Center.  1 hour class 3 days a week includes stretching, flexiblility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training.  All fitness levels welcome!
Mondays and Wednesdays 9 - 10 am, Fridays 1 - 2 pm.
