Walk With Ease Orem, UT
Time: 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM (MST)
Location: University Mall (in front of Macys)
Walk With Ease is a program that helps adults living with arthritis and/or other ongoing health conditions to increase their physical activity and better manage their symptoms.  Small groups participate in a discussion, warm up and stretching, followed by a group walk. This one-hour class meets 2 times a week over a period of 9-weeks. Participants in this program have experienced improved ability to walk and function, decreased depression, decreased pain, and more confidence in their ability to exercise. Trauma-sensitive Yoga (Women only class)
Time: 3:10 PM- 4:10 PM (MST)
Location: Building 8 Wellness Room
Designed to manage stress, relieve pain, build strength and improve strength and balance. All abilities welcome. Participants must have VA provider register/place consult to participate. Contact Yael Calhoun 801.656.7885 for more information. Wednesday class for women and Monday class co-ed.
Enhance Fitness Group
Location: Building 8, Gym
Free fitness classes at the VA Salt Lake City Medical Center.  1 hour class 3 days a week includes stretching, flexiblility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training.  All fitness levels welcome!
Mondays and Wednesdays 9 - 10 am, Fridays 1 - 2 pm.
